What Made Our Day Unique
We've received so many compliments from family and friends about all the personal touches our wedding had. To this end we were very happy because it was always a priority that our wedding day be about our loved ones just as much as it was meant to be about us!Kailee & Greig
It's safe to say the Bride was not afraid to get her hands dirty and get stuck into some DIY for the wedding, especially the Polaroid guest book that doubled up as a seating chart and favours. However, the hard work paid off in the end as it became a talking point of the wedding and something the guests remembered! And we can see why - such a unique idea!
Inspiration & Styling
I like to think myself and Greig aren't your run of the mill couple - I didn't want a clean, pretty, white wedding. I wanted a more dark and moody feel and as we were approaching winter, I wanted to incorporate some rich, jewel colours. This came through in the bridesmaid's dresses - as pops of colour and in the flowers. I also wanted a contrast of fabrics so bridesmaids in satin, Greig's suit jacket, the groomsmen's bow ties in velvet, along with the napkins, then navy tulle runners on the tables. We really wanted to create an easy-going, fun vibe. Our guest's enjoyment meant so much to us.Kailee & Greig
Our DIY project that stole the show and gave that special personal touch.
