Oxleaze Barn and alpacas? Yep. We’re here for it. Celie & Billy said their I-do’s during a quirky and relaxed day captured by Recommended Supplier, Joshua Gooding Photography. With skull decorations, dried flowers and a cereal bar, they seriously did things their way! This gorgeous couple were married on their 10-year anniversary and had a beautifully intimate first dance in a small enclosed area of the Oxleaze Barn gardens. We absolutely adore all the personal details throughout this day - another perfect example of doing things just how you want!
I’m not sure I can quite put into words our wedding style. But it was a perfect mix of us. We were both so present in the decoration and the day. I did most of the decor myself aside from the mantle flowers and the bouquets.
Celie & Billy
Joshua Gooding Photography had previously captured Billy’s sister's wedding, and they absolutely loved his work. He captured their day in the most fantastic and perfect way. Trying lots of food, Celie & Billy eventually settled on a chilled BBQ, alongside cookies for dessert (sounds perfect to us). There was also marshmallow roasting and a cereal bar!
Oxleaze Barn was a fantastic venue, allowing Celie & Billy to do everything they wanted; from getting married outdoors, to having alpacas! Celie made most of the decorations and her dad built a wonderful sweet bar! Celie also had her grandad’s hanky wrapped around her dried floral bouquet, which was an incredibly special addition.
My wedding dress was absolutely perfect and the exact opposite of what I wanted! Lace And Grace were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so beautiful.
Celie & Billy
Oxleaze Barn was the perfect venue for allowing Celie & Billy let their DIY decor run wild! Funnily enough, it’s not the first time we’ve seen alpaca wedding guests... or just pets at weddings in general!
