We're getting our destination fix with this bohemian inspiration in Ibiza, complete with stylish Marylise Bridal gowns and pampas grass decor all in neutral tones to complement the island. There's a poolside ceremony under an impressive floral arch, alfresco reception under a canopy of Edison bulbs and wicker shades. Plus, a picturesque chill out area with tipis and balloons. It's the perfect getaway, and you don't even have to leave the comfort of your own home.
The inspiration for our styled shoot was the island of Ibiza, its natural beauty, creative artisans and muted colours.Laurie Pecher
Our stylist (Artnatur) and wedding cake designer (Vila Cakes) took inspiration from the colour palette and styling from the Ibicenco countryside. Contrasting earthy terracottas and neutral tones with pink and gold hues inspired by the island’s summer sunsets.
Fusions of soft pink and gold-toned balloons by Ibiza Balloon Art with pampas grass which is an iconic plant in Ibiza, feature throughout the decoration to evoke the feeling of the sunset over the countryside. Circular shapes also feature to symbolise both the sun and the eternal nature of love.
Our makeup artist, Makeup KC, made our bride up flawlessly using tones which mirrored the decoration. Whilst our hairstylist, Elia Martine, created two looks for our bride, one effortlessly elegant and the second playful and bohemian. A touch of unseen elegance was added with the beautiful handmade lingerie by The Slow Piece, worn by our bride beneath her dress. Whilst the groom perfected a chic yet stylish look in sport's shoes by a Spanish designer, The Hoff Brand.Laurie Pecher
