Toni & Rishi's beautiful outdoor ceremony took place at the Lillibrooke Manor And Barns. Wanting their day to reflect both their differing cultures, they incorporated small nods throughout. Such as tea cups, books and Hindu Buddhas within their centrepieces. Toni’s bridal outfit from Maria Zoya was a blend of an Indian Lengha and a more British styled top, finished in champagne colouring. They ate canapés and drunk in the sun whilst a string quartet played, and were beautifully captured by Recommended Supplier We Are The James's.
We wanted to make the day reflect our different cultures. There needed to be an elegant neutrality with small nods to our cultures.
Toni & Rishi
Although there were many favourite moments throughout the day, Toni’s was taking a seat opposite her husband-to-be beneath the mandap. The shawl in front of him was removed, revealing an instant smile and tear. Their beautiful day continued on to drinks and canapés in the sunshine, as a string quartet played songs from movies.
As always, bride Toni has a firm favourite piece of advice; manage your time! Staying organised is always a big yes from the Rock My Wedding team, and we’ve got the tools to ensure you can make it happen! She also recommends allowing for a financial buffer in the final 2-3 months before your Big Day, as there may be things you have not accounted for.
I personally wrote the reading for our wedding as I couldn’t find one that fully embodied us.
