An uplifting and inspirational shoot at Heybridge Basin of the new sustainable bridal collection by, Recommended supplier, 29 Atelier. With fringe edges, satin slips and tulle separate's, there's something for everyone. There are even fedora hats and sunglasses because every bride needs her accessories, right?!
29 Atelier is a bridal wear brand championing sustainability and style, made in England! I wanted to showcase a wider range of stunning bridal looks for cool brides looking to break away from the heavy formal style gown you would expect a bride to wear. Looks include asymmetric draped styles, midi fringe slip dress and top, through to wide-leg pants and fluid full-length dresses.Elizabeth Ruddick - Founder of 29 Atelier
A carefully curated selection of accessories was chosen for the Heybridge Basin shoot based on luxury investment pieces that can be re-worn and restyled time again, in line with my ambitions for the looks in the 29 Atelier collection. Accessories included; Rayban Aviators Rose Gold, Veja Trainers, Saint Laurent Loulou Mule, Leather Tie Belt 29 Atelier and an Original Panama Herbert Johnson New Bond Street, Clio Sandel in Natural by Ancient Greek. - Elizabeth Ruddick
The bouquet and hair flower crown was created using dried and preserved floral elements and grasses including Banksia, Lunaria, Ruscus, Strawflower, Palm spears and leaves, Pampas grass, fern leaves and Amaranthus. In natural and bleached tones reflective of the environment of the salty sun-scorched marshes at Heybridge Basin. Cotton stems pay homage to the natural cotton fabrics in the collection and finally, a touch of luxe with the Palm spears painted gold to compliment the Saint Laurent Mules and gold accessories.
Heybridge Basin was the perfect location to showcase 29 Atelier's new bridal collection. If you're dreaming of a nautical wedding, you can filter our inspiration posts for more coastal wedding inspiration.
