The prettiest hanging paper cranes wedding you ever did see! Isobel & James wanted an informal ceremony with plenty of music and singing. They were married in an old hay barn in which Isobel had spent her childhood, playing with her siblings! She had also read that 1,000 paper cranes for your wedding, it brings good luck! So she spent a few nights with her girlfriends, chatting and drinking wine, whilst making the beautiful additions (although not quite as many as 1,000!) Their day was filled with good music, food & booze. We can seriously feel the love over here!
Hearing everyone shaking shaky eggs, tambourines & maracas, singing ‘Is This Love’ by Bob Marley in the ceremony was a highlight!Isobel & James
Myself and my girlfriends sat up for a few nights chatting, drinking wine & making paper cranes. I’d read that if you made 1,000 for your wedding day it would bring good luck. We didn’t get that far, but they looked pretty against the white pole marquee!
I found dress shopping pretty stressful! Feeling the pressure to find ‘the one’. I finally came to the realisation there isn’t just ‘one dress’, but many that you’ll like and look good in - you just need to make a decision! My brother actually picked my dress as I had nearly given up!
Don’t sweat the small stuff. There is zero point in stressing about the favours that didn’t turn up, the fact that your veil is the wrong shade of ivory, or that the wine that arrived is Shiraz not Merlot. Your guests haven’t come for these things. They’ve come to watch you & your loved one tie the knot and have an epic day.Isobel & James
