What Made Our Day Unique
The whole day was very 'us' - scooters, soul music and a secret Rave Cave. Tim and I both ride classic Vespa's from the 1960s & 70s, that's actually how we met. There are a few scooters in the family, so there was no question that they'd be at the wedding. Tim and his boys, along with my Dad and Uncle rode down to the venue in convoy in the morning, all suited and booted. A brilliant way to start an incredible weekend.Amy & Tim
Inspiration & Styling
We both have exactly the same taste, which always comes back to a modernist aesthetic, so that influenced the table styling which we wanted to feel clean and modern. Black cutlery with grey and black plates on crisp white table cloths. I do a lot of work with pressed flowers at JamJar Edit, so each guest had a single pressed flower on their napkin. Table flowers were in vintage bottles, all amber and aqua glass, including my favourite little ink bottles from our bottle filled window at JamJar, and one of my favourite JamJar Edit pieces - a flower-filled Rose Globe on the top table.Amy & Tim
It was important for our couple to keep the music flowing and keep the dancefloor filled so good entertainment was a must. The Best Men (DJ's) were a perfect choice, you can find them and other fantastic suppliers on our handpicked directory!
