Shay & Matt’s vision for their Sri Lankan wedding was a blend of an English-white wedding and a traditional Asian celebration. Captured by Recommended Supplier, Chloe Caldwell Photography, their stunning day features the most incredible floral arch adorning the outdoor ceremony dome. Opting for a clean and classic look, the subtle colour scheme and chic decor work perfectly alongside Froyle Park. Complete with indoor fireworks(!) during the cutting of the cake, dramatic dry-ice as the couple had their first dance, and a confetti snowstorm of dreams as the bride & groom made their way down the aisle, it really is a show-stopping day!
Asian weddings tend to be large and you can lose out on the intimacy. So by only having our nearest and dearest, we were able to be comfortable and really enjoy our day.

SRI LANKAN WEDDING
Shay & Matt opted for a multicultural wedding, incorporating both a traditional English-white wedding and an Asian celebration. The first half of their day was an English-style celebration which then led into an Asian-inspired event. Shay surprised guests with an outfit change before entering the wedding breakfast and wore traditional Sri-Lankan attire complete with new hair and makeup! It’s giving Bollywood glam and we love it! Their beautifully curated day features pastel-perfect florals, a stunning flower arch, and soft tones we just can’t get enough of. Froyle Park couldn’t look more beautiful!
The weather treated us to an amazing sunset – a golden hour to match Shay’s golden dress!
