Daiquiri Blues

This inspiration shoot captured & styled by True Romance and Marina Palacios is so ridiculously cool. Lets start by taking about Vanessa's amazing hair. A fabulous statement all on its own. But then add a delicate lace Otaduy wedding dress, stunning flower crown, fabulous bird bangle and team them with edgy boots and a leather Jacket, and you have one seriously stylish bridal look. Her beau for the day also looks pretty dapper in tweed, denim & braces proving that you don't have to wear a traditional suit to look smart. Surrounding themselves with the urban streets of Madrid and the contemporary apartment of Swing Mad tailors. (I'm absolutely loving all the music memorabilia on the walls btw.) This inspiration shoot will certainly start your weekend off with a bang.

We are Pi Rawinad, from True Romance and Marina Palacios, two wedding photographers with a goal: To create a breathtaking love story. Wanessa and George hadn’t seen each other before the big day. They didn’t know each other, but anyone could have imagined. The photo session took place at Swing Mad at the beginning, the tailoring business that dressed up our groom, with an elegant three piece suit with vest. It was an amazing apartment in the downtown with large windows and iron balconies, such a perfect way to start this story. Paula did the make up to Wanessa, and then she put on the beautiful dress designed by Otaduy, a two pieced one that matched up perfectly to the jewellery from Depiedra Creaciones, a little and charming shop with unique bracelets, earrings and more. Wanessa had the biggest hair we have never seen! So she needed something special. The key element was the colorful floral Crown by True Romance Accessories, called La Habana. Savia Bruta did a wonderful bunch of flowers wich added freshness and sweetness to our bride. Everything was ready, so we went outside to go for a walk around the city. We started at Casa de Campo, a big park with a lake, full of plants and nature, and after that we approached and squeezed into the crowd, feeling the heartbeating of Madrid.
