What Made Our Day Unique
As we didn't have a so-called "traditional" wedding we could really create a unique ceremony and that's exactly what we did. We tore up the rule book to create something special to celebrate us and our lives together incorporating our family and friends into the celebration. We had our mothers give us away, we had 'best sisters' instead of best men and we had two good friends officiate the wedding. The ceremony was basically the story of our lives together as told by family and friends and ended with a beautiful and unique Celtic pagan hand binding.Brian & Anthony
Inspiration & Styling
The vibe was something between a summer music festival and a garden party. Brian and I spent a lot of our early years going to music festivals and wanted to bring some of the festival vibe to our wedding. The garden party elements helped bring a bit more sophistication. Our wedding planner Elisa really understood the vibe we wanted and took it to the next level with surprise elements like an outdoor carpet dance floor.Brian & Anthony
Brian and Anthony's wedding ceremony was led by their friends who personalised their nuptials with stories of how they met and incorporated original artwork created by their artist friends Adrian and Shane bearing the first thing Anthony ever said to Brian.
