Inspired by their love of urban art, Chasady & Daniel married at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London with some of the most gorgeous wedding photos we’ve ever seen. The wedding itself is a work of art! The day was captured by the incredible Recommended Supplier, Olegs & Rita Photography and their wedding video was created by the genius Recommended Supplier, Electric Reel Films. The couple got ready in separate venues with Chasady staying in Recommended Venue, Andaz London Liverpool Street. With a sing-along during the ceremony, signature cocktails and fireball shots in the speeches this couple were all about having a good time! Chasady & Daniel met in NYC in 2014 and began a long-distance relationship, then they moved to Sydney for 2.5 years in 2015 before settling in the UK. Chasady & Daniel got engaged in April 2019 before having their baby boy. The couple also chose Recommended Supplier, The Wedding Shop, for their gift list.
When planning a wedding it is easy to get swept into what is on trend and what other people want. Our advice would be to stay true to yourselves and incorporate what makes you happy. At the end of the day, everyone is there to celebrate your love and that is what matters most. The day goes by so quickly, try to soak in every beautiful moment!
Chasady & Daniel
The most important thing for Chasady & Daniel on their wedding day was to have as much fun as possible and to incorporate unique, personal touches to elevate some wedding traditions. The couple incorporated their love of urban art into their wedding using the city backdrop where they took some epic smoke flare and confetti photos thanks to Recommended Supplier, Flutter, Darlings!. During the wedding ceremony, they had a sing-along to Ho Hey by The Lumineers printed on the back of their wedding newspaper created by Recommended Supplier, The Crafty Lab. Everyone sang along to it whilst Chasady & Daniel signed the marriage certificate. Daniel's sister also wrote an original poem about the couple’s relationship, which nearly had all of the guests in tears. The couple also got involved in some DIY and created all of their own signage and decor!
Chasady & Daniel had their reception at one of their favourite restaurants, The Ivy, after their ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall. They served guests their fave dishes and signature cocktails (hello, salted caramel espresso martinis!), and also served Fireball shots during the speeches. They danced the night away with their epic live band, Coyote, in a pair of galaxy Converse. Iconic! Chasady & Daniel wanted to create an energetic dance party vibe for their day and blended contrasting themes to create an urban chic aesthetic. The inspiration was taken from their love of urban art and their desire to fuse it with chic, timeless wedding photos. The bride and groom wanted to feature The Ivy City Garden because of its stunning greenery and statement décor. They used gold accents and bud vase arrangements with pops of pastels to complement the venue.
Our suppliers were all superb! They all clearly saw our vision and added their own flare to make it 10 times better! Special thanks to our talented photographers and videographer for delivering the most outstanding photos and videos anyone could ever ask for. Our band was epic and brought all of the energy and good vibes to the wedding - we are still getting compliments months after our wedding!
Chasady & Daniel
We just love how Chasady & Daniel combined such elegance and timeless fashion like Chasady’s bridal shoes from Recommended Supplier, Rainbow Club, and styling with the urban backdrop of London. It’s gorgeous! We love the epic smoke flare pictures that really show this off. Head to our smoke bomb article for everything you need to know about nailing your own incredible smoke flare photos. Another detail we love from Chasady & Daniel’s wedding is how they named all their tables after neighbourhoods they lived in or a town that holds a lot of meaning for them. They included a small paragraph on each table about why that town meant something to them. For some more wedding table name ideas, we’ve got you covered.
