Intimate Woodland Cabin Wedding

What could possibly make an Autumnal wedding even better... a cabin wedding, duh. When Fran & Connor’s original day was postponed to a later date, it just didn’t feel right. So, they planned their secret elopement! With just their closest friends and family, this gorgeous couple said yes in an intimate and rustic setting. Surrounded by woodlands, their day looks like something out of a movie! Although, their one year old son did protest to the marriage… but we’ll let Fran & Connor explain that one…

The most memorable moment was during the ceremony. The registrar asked if anyone present had any objections to the marriage. Our one year old son shouted what sounded like 'no', in the perfect moment of silence that follows that question. Our photographer captured the moment perfectly of us all looking at him and howling with laughter - it was brilliant!

PERSONALISED DENIM JACKET

I personalised my denim jacket myself with a little help from Etsy products. I knew I wanted the date on the jacket but with the current situation I was nervous to order in advance. The day was getting closer and I wasn't sure if I could get a jacket personalised how I wanted to in time, so doing it myself was easier and something I really enjoyed.

SECRET ELOPEMENT

When our original wedding was postponed to next year by the venue, the new date and timings just didn't feel right for us. We took back control and planned our secret elopement with just our closest friends. It felt so exciting and romantic. We had the most memorable, special day and in the end, I think it worked out for the best. It all came together so perfectly.
