A bespoke Emma Beaumont Atelier dress and an epic balloon installation for this relaxed, Autumn wedding at St Stephen's Trust, a deconsecrated church in Hampstead. The decor at this wedding is simply beautiful, the bride created the flowers using dried foliage for the table flowers and buttonholes along with a mixture of seasonal flowers including dahlias for the aisle decor and peach bouquets. The results are breathtaking and compliments the beautiful space in the venue perfectly which is steeped in history and elegance and the ideal place for this couple to celebrate their big day filled with love, captured by Miss Gen Photography.
What Made Our Day Unique
I had a custom-made dress from Emma Beaumont. I went to Emma with no real idea of what I wanted just the idea of something fun that reflected my style, not too 'bridey' that would work with converse later on! I loved working with Emma to figure out what that was going to be, she was just a dream. I loved the mix of textures, how it moved, it was so comfortable and so fun to wear & I loved the detachable ‘wings'. Our overwhelming memory of the day is just laughing so much. Our first dance was to Hall and Oates - you make my dreams come true. We fell for the song in the film 500 days of summer and it stuck. And it's fun!

The styling at this autumn wedding is perfectly executed mixing the dark and earthy tones with a splash of metallic to suit the season! The balloon installation by BigBloonCo works excellently to dress the front of the church, such a great way to add colour in keeping with the theme and the perfect photo backdrop. Also, how can I not mention the beautiful bride's showstopping dress which was custom made by Emma Beaumont featuring intricate embellishment and a detachable Watteau train, this teamed with the bride's long hair and beaded hair accessory created the finished look which suited her style perfectly!
Inspiration & Styling
We wanted the most relaxed day we would create, we just wanted to have a laugh with everyone we love. We chose to have long tables with sharing food, an open bar and everything all in one venue for ease. We wanted the styling to reflect our own style and the venue. It was such an overwhelmingly beautiful space that it needed very little adding to it. I kept the table settings dark and earthy to suit the season with a mix of metallics and our gorgeous stylist friend Jo (BigBloonCo) dressed the front of the church with Balloons for us which was an amazing gift.
