What Made Our Day Unique
"Involvement of family & friends: bride's sister did loads of DIY decor, brothers drove the bridal party in their Opels, post-ceremony photos at bride's home, ceremony singing by friends & family, mothers baked cakes, foliage from bride's home used, wedding rings made from mom's old gold necklace, groom & friends did spin class taught by bride's cousin morning of wedding, people travelled from afar (Australia, USA, Dubai, Germany, Peru) Kept things local: ceremony, reception, accommodation, afters all within 5min walk in Killorglin town. Guests parked cars Thursday night & didn't use them again until Sunday morning. Local suppliers as able." - Eimear & Eddie

Inspiration & Styling
Relaxed & fun (tapas for dinner followed by a singing waiter & then a swing band). The wedding was in October in far south-west Ireland so we embraced that vibe: loads of foliage (photos in my family home's wild garden), & twinkling lights. We went for rich colours: flowers, bridal party outfits, make-up & decor (no pastels); deep greens, browns, gold and berries (the florist was AMAZING and got the vibe 100%). We didn't want things too perfect or "matchy" (bridal party chose their own shoes/accessories/makeup; loose wild look to the flowers & decor).Eimear & Eddie
