We love a rustic wedding, we love a part two wedding and we really love Cat's 3D flower applique wedding dress. In fact, Cat and Sam's whole day was full of style we're coveting (see Cat's fur trimmed pyjamas and beaded bag for a start). We also have a soft spot for the minimalistic stationery, the warm autumn florals and the rainy confetti toss featuring some of the best confetti shots we've seen! They also found a banging folk band found through Recommended supplier Entertainment Nation, and kept their wedding gifts dry by having a gift list with Recommended supplier Prezola. Oh, and just wait until you see that reception room, a rustic lovers dream come true...
We knew as soon as we stepped foot in Lyde Court that it was the perfect venue for us. It's beautiful, charming and very relaxed. We also loved that guests could stay on site. After the venue, the photographer was our most important pick. We wanted someone that knew the venue and had a really natural, candid style - Pixie was perfect! We used Pinterest and Instagram to find inspiration for most of the other suppliers - Cat spent hours trawling Instagram!

Cat knew exactly the dress she wanted, but it was discontinued. It took a few months to find, but the Wedding Club spoke to the designer and they were able to order the 3D flower applique wedding dress for her. She didn't even try it on before she bought it - so it's a good job she loved it! The flower girl dresses were designed by one of the bridesmaids who is a very talented print designer. She incorporated oranges (they got engaged in Seville), sunflowers (Cat's favourite flowers) and the date of when they met and their parent's anniversaries into the design. Talk about style with a story...
So we know the 3D flower applique wedding dress was a hit, but the rest of the day was just as show stopping. We're talking beautiful dried florals, handmade names cards, some gorgeous mismatched bridesmaid dresses and candles lining the aisle! They hired vintage furniture and rugs, and a canopy for guests to escape the rain. Firepits brought the autumnal vibes, and the fairy lights in the reception room are giving us that warm and fuzzy feeling that accompanies all good cosy wedding styling.
Our favourite moments? Can we have two? Sam is Jewish so we wanted to incorporate some fun Jewish elements into the party. We did the traditional Horah dance to Hava Nagila where we both got lifted up on chairs! It was hilarious and absolutely terrifying at the same time and everyone got involved. Another favourite moment was having Cat's uncle say a few words during the ceremony about her mum. We wanted to make sure that she was remembered and it was a beautiful, personal and very special moment.

If you loved the 3D flower applique wedding dress, we've got more where that came from. A whole list of wedding dress designers in fact, all Recommended by us! Or if it was the orange florals you loved, then you'll want to have a scroll through this boho wedding bursting with incredible florals. (Hot tip: the bride is a wedding florist, so we're not kidding when we say they're pretty amazing...).
